    Sabisuu is an equal opportunity and affirmative action service marketplace platform. Service providers are treated without regard to their gender, financial status, experience or reputation. Sabisuu declares and reaffirms its policy of equal opportunity and non-discrimination in the provision of support and other services.

  3. Purpose
    1. The Service Provider Verification Policy is the official Sabisuu verification policy. There may be additional policies which are beyond the scope of this document.
    2. The Service Provider Verification Policy is an effort to create a better understanding of the verification purpose and process of Sabisuu. It should enhance personnel decisions, protect the rights of Service Providers and assure uniformity of action throughout the Platform. Sabisuu is responsible for administering this policy in a consistent and impartial manner.
    3. Policies in the field of Service Provider verification are subject to modification and further development in the light of experience. The Service Provider Verification Policy is subject to review and change by Sabisuu without notice.
    4. Distribution of Policy: The Service Provider Verification Policy will be available on the Platform, and is available on demand through electronic mail requests. Every Service Provider and Sabisuu is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the information contained in this policy and any amendments.

  5. Eligibility Criteria
    1. Sabisuu will only accept verification requests from registered Service Providers on the Platform. Service Providers are required to have at least Two (2) completed listings posted and a completed Service Provider profile to be eligible for a verified badge.
    2. A complete service listing includes:
      1. quality images that best represent the service offered;

    3. A complete Service Provider profile includes:
      1. a quality profile picture; and,
      2. a comprehensive introduction.
  6. Verification Criteria
    1. Sabisuu will evaluate verification requests based on the Customers’ best interest. To be a verified Service Provider, professionalism and skill set are of utmost priority.
    2. Service Providers must adhere to Sabisuu’s Terms of Service. Failure to do so will result in the immediate rejection of the request for verification. Additionally, the Service Provider account may be disabled or closed.
    3. Service Provider accounts that represent a business entity have to be:
      1. Registered: The business has to be registered with ACRA. The status of the business has to be live, and the registered address has to match the address provided in the Request for Verification Form.
      2. Unique: The Service Provider account must be unique as only one account per business may be verified at any given time. Businesses can choose to have multiple Service Provider accounts for business purposes (e.g. respective accounts to represent different brands owned by the same business). However, each verified badge is tagged to one unique entity number only.
      3. Complete: The Service Provider account must have an informative profile description, professional and appropriate profile photo, and at least 2 complete listings posted.
      4. Reputable: The business will undergo a review to assess any news, past Customers’ communication, ratings and feedback.
      5. Sabisuu does not exclude or reject businesses with some poor ratings or a short track record. We are focused on quality and the commitment to serve.

    4. Service Provider accounts that represent an individual or freelancer have to be:
      1. Identified: As an individual or a freelancer, the information on any government-issued identification document should match the information on the Request for Verification Form.
      2. Unique: The Service Provider account must be unique as only one account per individual may be verified at any given time. Individuals and freelancers can choose to have multiple Service Provider accounts for business purposes (e.g. respective accounts to represent different niches). However, verified badges are tagged to a unique person only.
      3. Complete: The Service Provider account must have an informative profile description, professional and appropriate profile photo, and at least 2 complete listings posted.
      4. Reputable: The individual and freelancer will undergo a review to assess reputation, skills and experience. Testimonials or portfolios submitted along with the Request for Verification Form will strongly support the request outcome.
      5. At Sabisuu, we do not exclude or reject individuals with some poor ratings or short track records. We are focused on quality and the commitment to serve.

    5. False or misleading information submitted will result in the immediate rejection of the request for verification or the immediate removal of the verified badge. Additionally, Sabisuu may take additional action to disable or delete the Service Provider account.
  7. Verification Status Revocation
    1. In accordance with Sabisuu’s Terms of Service Policy, Sabisuu may remove verified badges at any time without notice, and may disable or close Service Provider accounts that engage in the following activities:
      1. advertising, transferring or selling of verified accounts;
      2. using verified accounts to promote other Service Providers and accounts;
      3. attempting to verify a Service Provider account through a third party;
      4. providing false or misleading information;
      5. impersonating or intentionally misleading Users by amending profile details before or after verification; or,
      6. breaching the Terms of Service Policy or any legal notices and policies.
    2. Sabisuu may also remove the verified badge from the Service Provider account if the account becomes inactive, or if there are increasing complaints or negative ratings and reviews.
    3. Removal of the verified badge will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not automatic. Once removed, Service Providers are required to submit the Request for Verification Form to request for a verification badge again.
    4. Sabisuu may suspend accounts that use imagery of, or similar to, the verification badge in a manner that may mislead users about the account’s verification status.
  8. Entire Terms
    The Service Provider Verification Policy, together with the Terms of Service Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by Sabisuu on the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Sabisuu concerning the Platform. If any provision of the Service Provider Verification Policy is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Service Provider Verification Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect.
  9. Governing Law
    These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in the event of any claims or disputes.
